Liverpool ONE unveils 'In The Park by Boujee' al fresco F&B concept
Grosvenor Britain and Ireland has announced the official launch of a new al fresco concept from ‘Instagrammable’ bar and restaurant brand, Boujee, at Liverpool ONE.
The eye-catching ‘In The Park by Boujee’ pop-up experience is situated on Chavasse Park, serving as an al fresco extension to the recently launched Boujee Bar and Restaurant venue on the adjacent Kenyon Steps.
Brought to life in Boujee’s signature bright pink tones, the outdoor experience provides 320 picnic bench covers, contributing to the current 100% increase in outdoor dining capacity that Liverpool ONE has facilitated to safely welcome back visitors to this phase of reopening.
Mirroring the playful and experience-led atmosphere of the nearby Boujee venue, ‘In The Park by Boujee’ features giant Instagram-worthy props such as pink flamingoes, a largescale pink handbag, branded perfume bottle, hairdryer, ice cream and lipstick. A bespoke food menu includes individual light and customisable meals, salads, and nibbles, alongside cocktails and prosecco on tap, all available from Boujee’s unmissable pink van.
‘In The Park by Boujee’ is operating in line with social distancing guidelines welcoming walk-in patrons with a specially-designed app allowing for contactless ordering and service.
Alison Clegg, Managing Director, Asset Management, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, commented: “‘In The Park by Boujee’ is such a colourful and appealing experience to introduce in this important phase of Liverpool ONE’s reopening. Our focus is on supporting occupiers as they welcome back visitors, and it has been a pleasure to work closely with the entrepreneurial Boujee team in launching this one-of-a-kind concept.”
The pop-up has attracted the same high-profile support and endorsement as the recently opened Boujee venue, including from Lystra Adams, the entrepreneur, model, and reality television personality.
Lystra Adams, an investor in Boujee, added: “After such a successful launch at Liverpool ONE last year, we are thrilled to have created ‘the most Instagrammable outdoor restaurant’ on Chavasse Park. After months of planning and collaboration with Liverpool ONE, it’s brilliant to see ‘In The Park with Boujee’ create such a positive atmosphere, and safely provide the sense of fun and social connection that people are craving in the location where it all started for us.”
The Boujee Bar & Restaurant will re-open on May 17, in line with the current government advice for indoor hospitality. In addition, both Maggie Fu, the Liverpool-based Asian street food restaurant, and Mamasan, the elevated East-Asian dining concept, are set to launch at Liverpool ONE this May.
