Wings and sweet things: Wingstop UK and Heavenly Desserts set to land in Ealing with the help of Shelley Sandzer
Specialist leisure and F&B property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has secured popular chicken wing restaurant, Wingstop UK, and leading dessert restaurant, Heavenly Desserts, for adjacent units on New Broadway in Ealing. Acting on behalf of a private landlord, the two vendors will bring a complimentary offer to the area and highlight Shelley Sandzer’s expertise in matching brands to locations.
Operating almost 50 sites in the UK, Wingstop UK is landing in Ealing with a 2,750 sq ft unit on New Broadway, serving up the usual delicious wings, tenders, burgers, and sides always cooked to order, all hand-sauced-and-tossed in a choice of ten distinctive flavours. The quick service operator has experienced rapid growth since launching in 2018, and Ealing is the perfect addition to its expanding portfolio of London restaurants.
Opening adjacent to Wingstop UK and in a 1,800 sq ft unit is Heavenly Desserts, which will serve its memorable dessert experiences. Dedicated to making every site different and influenced by local culture, Heavenly Desserts will add to Ealing, delivering a strong day-to-night offer alongside Wingstop UK.
Tom Grogan, Co-Founder of Lemon Pepper Holdings, master franchisee, Wingstop UK said: “We are thrilled to be opening in Ealing, bringing our popular menu and flavours to a new audience. We’ve experienced staggering growth over the last year as we continue to roll out our biggest opening pipeline, and Ealing will be a great addition to our portfolio of sites; a local high street with a strong catchment of opportunity.”
Nick Weir, Joint Managing Partner at Shelley Sandzer, added: “To be able to bring not one, but two great F&B brands to New Broadway is a testament to our dedication to securing the very best concepts and locations for landlords, tenants, and the community. Positioned near a key transport hub, Wingstop UK and Heavenly Desserts will deliver a solid day and night offer, increasing New Broadway’s versatility, and reinforces our expertise in the industry; pairing top-notch concepts with great locations.”
This news follows a series of deals facilitated by Shelley Sandzer over the last few months, such as securing Alley Cats, the New York-style pizzeria, its second site in London on Sloane Stanley’s King’s Road, as well as Daisy Green for its new restaurant in Holland Park, and Gordon Ramsay’s Breadstreet Kitchen in Lendlease’s Stratford Cross.
Shelley Sandzer acted on behalf of the landlord, Mark Segal of Brasier Freeth represented Wingstop UK, and Will Nelson of McKinnon Nelson acted for Heavenly Desserts.
