Vonder expands its all-in-one concept to Munich
Vonder, the global lifestyle brand, has opened a new all-in-one location in Munich, Germany, expanding its European portfolio with a 145,000 sq ft site in Freiham, the city’s up and coming West End district.
Located only 15 minutes from the city centre, Vonder Munich comprises 331 beautifully designed and self-contained studio apartments. As an all-in-one product, the apartments are fully furnished and the monthly rent includes all utility bills and WiFi. Ranked as one of the most liveable cities in the world[1], Munich has a growing number of young renters, making it a key location in Vonder’s global expansion strategy.
The all-in-one concept has been a groundbreaking success for Vonder, with Vonder Wembley, a UK Flagship, reaching over 85% occupancy since its completion at the end of last year. Vonder Munich hosts a similar experience, incorporating spacious lobbies, co-working spaces, a fully equipped gym, a dining hall, courtyards and flexible communal areas to house social events and gatherings. In addition, residents benefit from all the features of the Vonder app, allowing them to interact with other Vonder members, request support, book amenties and events, schedule apartment cleans and so much more.
Tomer Bercoviz, CEO and Co-founder of Vonder, commented: “We are pleased to be expanding our European portfolio in Munich. Not only is there a growing community of international young renters in the city – its cosmopolitan and multicultural nature has also led to the location being ranked as one of the most liveable cities in the world.
“We want to continue diverifying our portfolio and offer young renters well designed, safe and secure homes, and the all-in-one experience enables them to build and expand their social network and community. We are extremely proud of how well the all-in-one scheme has performed in London, Warsaw and Dubai, and we can’t wait to replicate this success in Munich.”
Vonder has collaborated with the Berlin-based art collective Tape That to create unique art upon the walls of the communal areas in the Munich site. This is part of Vonder’s strategy to support and empower upcoming artists, similar to its approach taken in the Vonder Hotel in Earls Court, London and other locations around the globe.
