Shelley Sandzer secures European debut for 'Yakiniku Like'
Leading specialist UK leisure and property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has secured the European debut location for speciality fast food restaurant, Yakiniku Like, at 47 Greek Street, Soho.
The Japanese brand delivered by Dining Innovation Group, which will trade under ‘Yakiniku Like Soho’, will open its 2,200 sq ft space next year, delivering a fast-food concept rich in both flavour and efficiency. With over 260 sites across China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and Indonesia, Yakiniku Like Soho at 47 Greek Street will mark the brand’s European debut, joining sister brand ‘Kintan’ as Dining Innovation Group seeks to bring further restaurants to Europe.
Serving top quality meats from wagyu beef, karubi and harami to pork belly and chicken thigh, Yakiniku Like Soho will allows guests to tailor their grilling experiences to their personal preferences at affordable prices. The restaurant will offer individual smokeless grills, allowing solo and group diners to enjoy the Japanese-style barbecue experience in a multitude of ways.

This news follows Shelley Sandzer’s completed leasing of JP Morgan’s Old Street, where Edo Izakaya, the Japanese sake concept founded by Sonny Huang, will open next month. Edo Izakaya joins Tayēr+Elementary, TRADE Coffee and Officinia00, highlighting Shelley Sandzer’s integral role in securing prime sites for diverse and experience-driven F&B concepts.
