Making the cut: Sloane Stanley announces the opening of Ted's Grooming Room at Fulham Road
Sloane Stanley has announced the launch of Ted’s Grooming Room, London’s ‘most authentic barbers’, at 283 Fulham Road. The 645 sq ft space combines traditional Turkish grooming services with a quintessential English barbershop aesthetic.
Ted’s Grooming Room, which embodies a 1920s cinema theme throughout, is located in the heart of Chelsea, and brings its prestigious barber services to the community and respected residential area. Known for providing London’s men with the sharpest shaves and haircuts, this sophisticated barbershop has opened at Fulham Road after continued success in areas such as Canary Wharf, the city and the West-End.
On behalf of Sloane Stanley, Hannah Grievson, Property Director, commented on the opening: “The introduction of Ted’s Grooming Room to Fulham Road is a great addition to the compelling brands across the Sloane Stanley Estate, combining both retail and personal care. With the success of Ted’s Grooming Room across other locations in London, we are delighted to have them join our close-knit community and feel they reflect the true Chelsea we are proud to have helped curate.”
Managing Director at Ted’s Grooming Room, Muzaffer Muharremoglu, also said: “This opening is very exciting for us at Ted’s Grooming Room. The Fulham Road location complements our desire to provide customers with an escape from everyday routine; whether you only have time to ‘Cut the Long Story Short’ or are in need of ‘The Full Ted Service’, our professional barbers are here to help. The new space encompasses our authentic English interior perfectly, and we are excited to be part of the collection of charming brands within this eclectic and authentic part of Chelsea.”
The opening of Ted’s Grooming Room also follows the news of Sleep.8’s upsizing at the King’s Road. The expansion marks more than a doubling in total sq ft at one of the brand’s strongest performing locations.
