RED Construction appoints new Learning and Development head to support team growth
RED Construction Group has announced the appointment of Nikki Treweek as the Head of Learning and Development, the first role of its kind within the Farringdon-based main contractor, to provide dedicated support for the growing team.
This new progression role forms part of the company’s long-term strategy to develop and support new and existing employees to RED Construction and arm them with the necessary knowledge and skills to future proof the company in the fast-growing industry and continue to win and successfully deliver projects for clients. Nikki is a key appointment for RED Construction as she will also help attract, identify, develop and retain talent at all levels.
Nikki, a chartered Fellow Member and CIPD Graduate, brings 21 years of learning and development experience to RED Construction and has been responsible for the development of individuals across both construction and corporate services sectors. Specialising in designing and facilitating in-house Management & Leadership Development Programmes, in-house Trainee Schemes and Apprenticeship/Graduate Programmes and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS), Nikki’s priority is to carry out a full ‘Training Needs Analysis’ to identify the needs and priorities of the business in order to build the team for RED Constructions plans for the future.

Nikki will join the recently appointed David Owen MCIOB as Operations Director to the RED Construction management team who has been brought on to oversee two of the firm’s key current projects: the 16,170 sq ft residential conversion and extension at South London’s Audiology House at 45 Nightingale Lane, and the £17m redevelopment of Townsend House in the heart of London’s Victoria district.
