LabTech inflates North Yard's offer with aubergine installation
LabTech, owner of Camden Market, has announced that the official launch of its new food and beverage destination, The North Yard, will commence with a giant aubergine installation along with a promotional event giving away 400 dishes, from menus with trader specials dedicated to aubergines.
Commencing on September 19, The Big Aubergine installation will mark the launch of The North Yard’s eclectic food and beverage offer, putting it firmly on the map as a go-to dining destination in the capital. The installation will be located against the historic backdrop of the newly restored Grade II listed buildings that house Camden’s latest catering traders.
Maggie Milosavljevic, LabTech’s F&B Commercial Director, commented: “The launch of The North Yard marks a key milestone for the overall offer of our Camden portfolio and puts us in good stead for the launch of our extended retail offer with the forthcoming Hawley Wharf project next year. This creative and fun installment encourages our traders to join forces and offer visitors a taste of the community and Camden’s vibrancy. The aubergine inspired menus are a great way to draw in more footfall and position North Yard as a leading destination for creative dining.”
