MJ Hudson signs for 17,000 sq ft of office space in the heart of the City

Today, The Mercers’ Company has announced that leading asset management consultancy, MJ Hudson, has signed for their latest London office at 1-3 Frederick’s Place, in the heart of the City, within The Mercers’ Estate.

Situated on Old Jewry, between Gresham Street and Cheapside, Fredericks Place is less than a minutes’ walk from Bank station, and around the corner from The Ned. Forming one of two Grade II listed buildings within the cul-de-sac, MJ Hudson will take the entire building of five floors, spanningover 17,000 sq ft. The asset management consultancy is due to take full occupancy of the unit in Q1 2020. 

Designed by John Robertson Architects the extensively refurbished office space comprises high ceilings, brilliant natural light and rooftop terraces. The Grade II listed building also showcases classic wooden floors and period features, including original fireplaces and plasterwork, providing an office space unique in character.

Delivering a full range of specialist services to the traditional and alternative asset management industries, MJ Hudson advises clients in the fields of law, investment consulting, international administration, fund management infrastructure and IR and marketing.

The signing follows the recent news that internationally-renowned dance shoe brand from New York, LaDuca, has signed for their first UK site at 37 Drury Lane, Covent Garden, due to open in September.
