Selecting the iconic Fulham Road for their bricks and mortar launch, the debut store will span 861 sq ft of space and offer the very best of home-style cooking from sustainably sourced produce. Co-founded by Dimitri and Mira Plaquet, Colette’s extensive menu has been devised in collaboration with the team behind multi-Michelin starred Belgian restaurant, La Ville Lorraine. The brand’s first standalone store is due to open in Janurary 2020 and will offer a high-end home-from-home culinary experience.

Colette takes its name from Dimitri’s grandmother and seeks to unite the local Chelsea community and those further afield with a sense of joie de vivre. Offering the very best of home-style cooking in this bijou catering hot spot, Colette will host weekly menus based on fresh home-made dishes for any occasion. Every dish from the menu will be made-to-order and served on beautifully presented crockery and ethically sourced packaging.

Commenting on the news, Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley commented: “As we continue to expand on our current dining offer on the Fulham Road, we are keen to showcase the very best of what’s new in the market. Signing a debut and pioneering brand like Colette and introducing Callooh Callay to the estate, reflects our modern leasing approach to provide a creative scene for innovative concepts which will help cultivate brands. Our food and beverage line-up provides a day-to-night offering tailored towards families, couples, tourists and local residents, and I envisage Colette’s delicious menu and Callooh Callay’s offer will appeal to Chelsea’s high volume of footfall.”
