Shelley Sandzer secures Soho site for Honest Burgers
Leading specialist UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has secured a second Soho site for popular burger brand, Honest Burgers on Brewer Street.
The prime unit, located nearby Piccadilly underground station, covers 2,000 sq ft across basement and ground floor levels. Designed by an in-house team, the new restaurant has space for 80 covers and will benefit from a late license.

The signing follows the announcement that Shelley Sandzer secured a debut London site for Bao concept, BunCo, on Monument Street. Shelley Sandzer was also recently involved with signing a debut European site for established Singaporean snack, food and beverage chain, Old Chang Kee, in Covent Garden.
